I agree, stay away,, the new owners can be found here..

they seem to cater to sec 8 and have been absolutely horrible since taking over.
day one the lights in the walkways went dark and currently are dark so I can't even see my keylock or if some mugger is standing there.
their "staff" is rude and condescending, they have no web presence or portal to speak of and are "getting" around to that.
they will try to over charge you and did me last month with a nastygram on my front door which I paid but then I find out today that they have the wrong numbers in their computer systems.. get your copy of your lease ready if you are a current resident and stay away if not.
