We just moved in a little over a month ago. We had to make a decision on where to live very quickly and there were some things in some of the reviews here that would have been a deal breaker, but we just had to find a place. Overall, we've had a pretty good experience so far. The staff I would give 5 stars, the maintenance guys are super friendly and helpful, and the office staff are great, Brian was our leasing agent and he was soo helpful with all of the complications (I was out of town the whole time we were applying), so I would give them 5 stars, but there is a bad apple in the bunch, as you can read in some of the other reviews here... We moved from the Killeen area, where service is just soo bad everywhere you go, so it was really important to us to get good service, and pretty much every interaction we've had with this person is reminiscent of our days in Killeen. Maybe when you go to look just call ahead and make an appointment with Brian, lol. Safety has been an issue at this complex, we haven't had a problem but there have been break ins. The letter we got from the office about it didn't really have much of an action plan, but we don't have a garage, so it's not really a huge concern for us. We don't really hear our neighbors through the wall, so that's good. The grounds are very nice and the parking lots and stuff are kept pretty clean. They actually come and pick up your trash by the curb, which is very nice! The parking is limited, as there is an abundance of $25/month covered parking spots and $65 /month garages available. We are too cheap for either one of those so we walk, but haven't had to park away from our building yet. Overall, for the price I think we got a great deal. To get the right price and locations I am willing to deal with a few issues here and there, but we have had a pretty good experience so far.
