safety - pretty good. not a ghetto.
staff - friendly and professional. maintenance guys get things done asap.
grounds - ppl love to throw the cig butts everywhere and stick it into railings! yuck
- owners do not pick up after their dogs. management tried to paste notices to get tht habit changed but to no avail.
noise - occasional dumbweed playing guitars and singing after hours. they wont make it to the Idol for sure.
- drunk neighbors arguing and slamming doors. ----- slapping each other over men'''
construction - the bathroom is clean, kitchen is good, ac and heater is good. the appliances is a little old. functional.
