I live at Mapleshade as well and have no problems at all. All of my requests are quickly taken care of, and my electric bills(though high) are comparable to some of my other co-workers who don't live at Mapleshade and have fewer square feet.
Bottom line...I'm sure the management does their best, but you can't please ALL the people ALL the time! My experience has been nothing but excellent and will recommend this place to anyone I know who is looking for a great place to live!
