Mariposa is a cool place to live, I moved when they first opened in 2003 I was one of the first people to move. It's still okay, I did have my car towed, and the management on that issue hadn't posted anything then. The old management was more courteous and better at "customer service". New management seems young and inexperienced. Overall ok, maintenance has always been great. Downside, when I moved to a larger 1 bedroom in a different building, I've had roaches here and there and I do agree whatever they spray is not enough. I've had to go professional (I have a friend that owns his own termite business). Other than that, yes they are pretty pricy but overall ok.
