Decent parking, if you come in late at night you usually dont find a parking spot next to your building except if you have covered parking. The rooms are nice, when we moved in the apartment could have been cleaner but we had people come clean it throughly before we moved in. So far, after 4 months, we've only seen some bugs and after they sprayed there wasnt anymore.
The downside is that the walls arent very thick so you can hear people next to you, but we have a very nice couple who are always very quiet.
So far, everything have been really nice at this apartments.
