Mariposa Villas is not a safe place

Arguably the "nicest" part of Oak Cliff...but still Oak Cliff none the less. Not the safest apartment complex. My car has been broken into twice, when I spoke with the management about the need for an upgrade in security, nothing was done. This is a "gated" community, but the gate doesn't seem to affect who enters the complex. I have not been happy with the role that the complex has taken in securing the premises.
