This is a beautiful, brand new community. The buildings are new (3 years), pristine, well-kept, well insulated from noise and temperature, and the grounds are nicely landscaped. The new staff are courteous, and do everything they're able to help you with any problem you might have. The maintenance staff are hard working, honest, and speak both english and spanish fluently. The office staff needs help with spanish, but they try. ;)

This apartment community is very nice, and the staff do everything they can to keep it safe. However, it is in Oak Cliff. Yes, people keep ramming the gate with their cars, so it has been broken frequently. That's nothing the management can help. Yes, the crime in our area is poor, but that's a risk you take for living in Oak Cliff.

Bottom line, if you want to pretend you're living well, this is a good place to do it. The apartments are amazing and the prices are affordable because of the location. So long as you stay inside the property gates, you won't be disappointed. Leave the gates however, and well... you're faced with Oak Cliff in all its hellish beauty.
