Besides the basic apartment issues of noisy upstairs neigbors, I really haven't had a problem here. I'm on the 2nd floor facing the woods and the view is wonderful. Every encounter from the staff has been great. I would highly recommend Mariposa Villas. The only reason I'm leaving is because I have another job and it's too far to drive.
