From what I hear Dallas is experiencing the highest crime rate in it's history. I probably wouldn't hold Gates of Normandie responsible. We love living here. The landscaping is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained & the staff always has events planned for us. We have also met several of our neighbors who have lived here for years.
