I'm a pretty reasonable person. 23 year old single female. Not sure why these other people are so upset. Yes, the gates are broken sometimes. I drove a new BMW when I lived here and never had a problem with break in's. I also had a reserved spot that was at the end of the garage. Nice and roomy! Sometimes it would get parked in. That wasnt fun.

I didnt have a problem with smells or people not cleaning up after their dogs either.

The apartment layout was very nice and there was never a problem with noise coming through the walls or bad appliances. I had a first floor apartment and no one broke into it.

The staff was very nice to me when it came to moving out. I was buying a house and the move out date kept getting pushed back. I just had to fax them something in writing each time. No additional charges were applied.
