I would not recommend. The highway noise is never stops. I've seen that other people say their electric bills aren't bad, but my last, one since we moved out last month, was $300 for a two bedroom. The place seems to be fallling apart when you walk down the hallways, and it is very dusty and dirty in the hallways. And expect to pay at least $150 when yuo moveout for cleaning. My apartment was left clean and they still charged that much. I have never lived in an apartment where they you to make ready an apartment for the next resident. I've worked at another apartment community before and we had a cleaning person on staff who made ready apartments, and people weren't charged for cleaning unless it was a complete wreck in the apartment. I would not recommend, because you can go up the highway to Richardson and get a much nicer apartment with an attached garage for less. Not worth the money. The staff is nice, though.
