Hello, I'm replying to the above posts.. I now stay in the Marquis on the second floor and it is way too pricey when compared to owning a home and paying the same in mortgage. There have been reported break-ins as far as in the apartments and vehicles. There is a security guard who is often posted in the parking garage and he is a nice guy but it raises questions how do so many break-ins happen and he is sitting right there. Then with the constant sound of your neighbor walking back and forth as if they are wearing combat boots marching back and forth is very irritating. I looked in the attic to check out the insulation because its just way too noisy and found there is no insulation between my ceiling and my upstair neighbor floor. Which confirms why I can hear every footstep they make from early in the morning until 1 to 2O'clock at night. I wonder if there is a place for them to sit cause they are constantly moving around. Staying here at the Marquis is over-rated for the price and comfort living is just a myth when living here. If there was a way I could get out of this lease I would because I am tired of having to sleep with ear plugs everynight just to have a quiet night of rest.
