These apartments are a joke. They try to advertise them as luxury but they are far from it. The gates are always broken and crime is REALLY high. There are parties and drunk people running around all weekend. They have a on again off again security guard that sleeps in his car all night and occasionally walks around the premises. They nickel and dime you at move in and move out for admin and other misc fees. I wouldn't renew my lease here if the rent was FREE!!!

You are so right - there was a mugging just last week to a young girl in one of the hallways. The guy had a gun and got her purse. Very UNSAFE place to live. Poor management also, this place is going under. Go somewhere else!

Ok, so I think its funny that you bring up the girl that was mugged. 4 residents saw the person squeeze through the gate, none of them called the police. The apartment management cant do anything about stupid people that call 411 and not 911 for that. As for that girl, she decided to stay here. You must not know her. She even chose to stay in the same apartment. I've been here for 2 years now. This place is getting a lot better. As for things like that happening...go to dallascounty.org look up other apartments in the area. This place is not bad compared to others, it has the same type of crime as the uptown apartments if not less. As for the management, they do a really good job letting everybody know whats going on. Also, there aren't many other apartments where management is going to take their time to get to know all of their tenants by name.
