This apartment is very nice compared to others in the area. The management here is very friendly and extremely helpful. Maintenance is always on top of fixing problems in a timely manner and keeping you up to date with whats going on. As for all of this crime non-sense. Every single apartment in Dallas has crimes. From domestic violence, noise complaints, to breaking and entering. If you can find one that doesn't that just means you haven't done your research. This is a nice place to live, and people that haven't lived in this community for over a year shouldn't be leaving comments, they don't know the changes that have taken places since they have been gone. I personally feel safe living here, and I've renewed my lease for another year.
