Good location but the staff is a pain

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
These apartments are in a great location and are pretty spacious, but the staff isn't the most friendly. There have been a few times where I have requested information or left messages for things and have not had phone calls returned. I also once called in a problem to maintenance and they didn't even look at what I had asked them to. I called back to explain what they needed to check on and they never called back. I had to actually go to the office to speak with someone.
