Beautiful community in a great part of town, BUT there is NO service for the high price. I do not necessarily need friendly, but at least responsive. Like the previous rater, it is hard to elicit a response for information from the staff. The lower level parking garage is filthy and we have been told for weeks, if not months, that it will be power washed, and it has yet to be accomplished. A three-day paint job of the hallway has now turned into several weeks. I do expect higher level of service of a Turtle Creek property.
