We have lived at the Marquis for a little over six months and love it. It is probably the quiestest place you can find in Uptown/Oaklawn. All of the neighbors are very friendly and respectful. Maintenance is very prompt and the apartment itself is in great condition. My only complaint is that the hot water takes quite a bit of time to heat up. I would suggest moving here if you are looking for a place in uptwon that houses quite professional types rather than party animals.
