I have lived at the Marquis at Turtle Creek for two years. There were three incidents of car breakins between September to November of 2006 and approximately 25 vehicles have been broken into within that time. There was $1000 in damage to my vehicle.
The front door is frequently out of order and left open. Homeless people sleep/live in the vacant lot across the street and try to yank the door open late at night. In fact, there is only one door handle on the front door currently b/c they keep getting pulled off.
This property looks affordable and well kept, but it is costly to live here and repair damage that occurs from car break-ins. Replacing windows is like paying an extra month of rent. NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS!

3 BREAK INS IN 60 DAYS!!!! OH MY GOD!! Have you ever thought that you are living in downtown Dallas. Car breakins are probably going to be a little more common when you live there. Maybe you should move to Frisco.
