no longer happy

Was once a happy customer who raved about the building and staff, however now I feel it's time to move on down the road. Security is beyond weak. Management is, uh, I don't know ... is there any management' You'd certainly think there would be with at least 3 company employees living on the premises (I believe one is a regional manager and another is the actual building manager, or so I've been told).
Cars were broken into again 2 weeks ago. One would think with the previous complaints and write-ups that something would change ... I still wonder why sister properties have multiple security officers and this one has none. Oh, but the fitness center is nice (recently redone)! Let's prioritize here ... typical Dallas: image before practicality or safety.
Part of the maintenance team has turned over, as has all of the office staff since I last wrote a review. Although pleasant to talk to, these people just aren't getting the job done. Not sure what the problem is, but I'm done and am eager to move out and far away.
