I have lived in this property for a year and a half and would NOT recommend that any girls live here alone and if you do live here you MUST have excellent car insurance and renter's insurance! First my car was broken into in the complex's "secure" parking garage along with five other cars. The apartment did NOTHING to increase security and basically told the residents that it was our problem. There are cameras located in the parking garage and the lobby but what the management doesn't tell you is that they are dummy cameras.

I went on vacation for four days and when I came back someone had busted through my door and stole over $7,000 worth of my belongings from electronics to clothing. They spent a lot of time sorting through everything in my apartment, totally trashed the place, yet none of the residents saw or heard anything. I had to go door to door to inform my neighbors of the incident because the police were going to question them and the management did not inform residents of the break in for several days. The thief stole the key card to my office which is similar to the fob used to enter the building so odds have it the criminals plan to strike again.

In the time I have lived here I know of two drug related evictions and have seen vomit by the pool and have had to make several noise complaints. This building is not as pet friendly as it claims to be either. I would highly recommend looking to live elsewhere. Not only is the rent high the added expenses caused by the lack of security are totally not worth it.
