I've now lived here for a year...had my car broken into twice...had my rent go up $50 at the 9month mark and the 12 month mark...
It seemed to be a nice and quiet community...until the crazies show up at night and hoot and holler in the courtyard (which echoes)...
Maintenance is fast responding, but not always the cleanest...
for the price' perhaps not my best choice...

You live in Uptown area. There is crime. That's not the fault of the complex. It's not a house or a condo, you're gonna have people who are loud.
