The staff here is terrible and never respond to any issues quickly. They also often lie and change their stories. The place is falling apart as well. The elevators are always broken and there are numerous other problems. The staff doesn't seem to care though. Also, the security guards spent too much time mingling and hanging out in Starbucks. They don't respond to most calls of noise or other issues as well.
