I will not renew my lease! Parking areas are filthy, basement garage often smells from the trash, especially when the trash closets are left opened since closet doors do not have any door closers (fire hazard). Trash chutes are always open (fire hazard). Entrances smell like dog urine, and are often unlocked. Street sweeper comes every day from 7AM to 9AM, so you can't sleep late. Security does not patrole, they loiter and are often heard zooming by in their golf carts, talking and laughing early in the morning. Street appeal is great, but inside it looks like a ghetto. The building is 7 years old and it is not being maintained properly. Management has not addressed these issues, instead they have increased the rent. Regional manager said "I am sorry we do not meet your standards" and I never heard from her again. New bar is opening on south side drive by New Years, so it will be noisy until 3AM every day, just like when Nikita Bar was open. Common areas near office look great to tempt prospective renters, but open your eyes and see how different it is away from the office. Other than that, it is nice to walk to dinner or coffee.
