I am reading the comments from other residents and they are all true. I think that in an apartment complex where the rent is high that most of us are professionals and probably do not have time to worry about one or two items. However, it is obvious that this apartment complex has several problems and its enough for someone to take the time out of their busy schedule to write this information down. Thats the bottom line and what you should be thinking about when deciding to rent here. Why would all of these successful people take the time to write these reviews unless it was a huge issue. Hmmmm. Lastly, the 2nd floor person who wrote a great review was attacking all of the others and protecting the staff, but never really addressed the issues listed below. My guess it would be a college student who obviously has time to sit around and chit chat with the staff unlike us professionals who work 15 hours a day and do not have time to deal with this stuff. So unless they are renting apartments out for $500 I would not rent here. Of course, this is all just my opinion and individuals should take the appropriate measures when looking to rent.
