Wonderfully New, Suffers from Initial Opening Jitters

An extraodinary apartment building with first class, contempory style and amenities. Problems with security and car break-ins (and in a completely gated, monitored and electronically access garages) but management is fighting back with sizable expendatures to take care of it. Excellent views and large floor plans are available. Staff is extremely responsive to problems. A new building having its shake down cruise, and building owners seem to support the local staff.
