I moved into the building when it first opened. I absolutely love it and am dreading the day I move out. Sounds insulation is AMAZING. I came off the elevator one day to hear loud music in the hallway from my neighbor but as soon as I went in my apartment and shut the door, I could no longer hear it at all. Same goes for upstairs neighbors. The management staff are wonderful also about any issues or questions that you might have. I wish rent was a little lower, but overall I would say it is well worth it.
