I really like my apt, the floorplan is great as well as the amenities in the community. Staff is very friendly and supportive. It's a bit pricey, but.. oh well... the location is just great. I never had a security or parking issue.. the gates to the parking area are a different story, but whenever they were broke, management took care of it immediately.
The reason I am moving out is the noise. Primo's is one of the noise-sources.. but that goes away at about 1:00 in the morning or so and isn't that bad on my side. I am living on the "Wallgreen's" side of the building. The sad part: They use getting their deliveries at about 4:30 in the morning and these people just don't care.. honking horns, screaming, what have you... complaints at the store - forget about it. Insulation of the windows in our building isn't the greatest - you might as well leave them open. Ear plugs solved the problem for awhile, but that didn't seem to be a good idea.. we had a fire alarm one night at about 2:30 in the morning which I almost missed.. not too many of the residents gathered in the lobby, so I might not be the only one having this problem (guys!! turn up the volume on the alarm system!!)
Another thing about the Garage: there's a "non secure" visitor's area (mostly abused by Primo's patrons). On these 2 levels everything can happen.. partying people late night around the cars, a lot of broken bottles there after every weekend.. just make sure you're in the gated area.
Furthermore: some concerns about the tenants and who's admitted to be living here.. some of them seem to be real pigs. There's a chute for garbage on all floors but some people apparently don't know how to use it. Waste of any kind is sitting around in the trash room and smells awful sometimes. Called management about it.. always worked and it was gone right away.. but - what's wrong with these people''
I really enjoyed it here but I am really looking forward to my new, quiet place.
