In case you guys haven't noticed, the apartment manger is obviously the one responding to all the reviews. She out to take the constructive criticism and learn from it. I have had it...-sad that you can't even voice your opinion. I called CWS directly and I suggest you do that as well...they will be responsive. She is sounding ignorant. Stop wasting your time.
My boyfriend lives in the building and trust me, everyone agrees with all of your comments. We had people over to cook out last week and this guy at the pool told us that a girl got raped on the side of the building next to Walgreens last winter. It was in the Dallas Morning News and she can verify that with them if she even wants to argue the fact that it occured. Another time a man was using the phone in the lobby and had snuck in and tried to attack another woman. The management should understand this and try to make things better but they are trying to cover it up. This is exactly why we never go down there to tell them anything-they don't care. I even went to the meeting and the only thing they have done is turned off the call boxes. I think the security guards are doing a fabulous job now and I feel sorry for them that they have to deal with management.

I don't know if it's the manager responding but she should because you are attaching her. When I moved in she wasn't even there when that girl was raped (which btw was behind walgreens). You people want like a team of armed guards and perhaps a swat team on the roof. It's hilarious you think it's unsafe here. You have no idea what's unsafe.

I really dont understand why you think that a woman getting raped somewhere even close to the apartments has a THING to do with managment. what do you want them to do? put an armed guard at the front and back door? yeah right. youre apparently the one that is ignorant...i would pick this managment staff over carrie any day and im sure a lot of people would agree.
