Everything seems to be extra here - the two days that TXU took to change the billing over to my name, the apt. billed me for. I have never had this happen in many years of Dallas apt living. Multiple requests for maintenance are responded to, but problems are not fixed, and maintenance often says, well, we don't know how to fix that, or, it's always that way. You don't get any extras - no pantry in kitchen, no linen closet or cabinet in bathroom, w/d rentals are through an outside company, no overhead light in bedroom, etc., etc.

Also, the walls and floor/ceilings are paper thin! I can hear every move my upstairs neighbor makes. And no one puts their dog on a leash or picks up after it.
