we have lived there for almost two years and for the price you pay the apts are nice. Cheap rent and nice residents. the apt are a little older but they will fix all problems within a reasonable time frame. We have had no problems. I do suggest you deal with the office staff because they are very friendly and helpful, but dont deal with the head manager bc she is not friendly and seems to know less than her employees.
