After reading the seemingly petty (and anonymous) negative reviews here, I thought it was time a SATISFIED customer spoke out. The previous reviews couldn't be more misleading or downright wrong; Marsh Creek is an EXCELLENT place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone in the DFW metroplex. In my line of work (sales), I have lived in several different apt. communities -- many of them in Dallas. Marsh Creek has been HANDS DOWN the best living experience I've had in the past 10 years.

The community is beautiful and well kept with a very lovely creek flowing around the back of the property. This environment provides a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of big city life.

The staff is among the friendliest and most experienced I've ever (EVER) had the pleasure of dealing with. Not once was I ever put on the "back burner", even though there were undeniably more serious issues going on around the property. I was never made to feel like any problems I had were insignifigant... sure, not everything was ALWAYS fixed the minute I requested it, but I live in the real world not fantasy-land (the "termite" guy should give this some thought). The top manager in particular seemed especially concerned with making me feel at home and went out of her way for me on several occasions. Customer service like that is rare these days, to be sure!

Before you give any consideration to the negative reviews, try to remember that NO PLACE is going to be perfect... If you are looking for someone to "babysit" you, then you'll be unhappy no matter where you choose to live. Let's get real, people! Don't listen to a few whiney, unsatisfied complainers.

Because of my job, I've had to move recently but if I'm ever back in North Dallas, Marsh Creek would definitely be my home again. I recommend Marsh Creek Apartments very highly to anyone in the market. Do yourself a favor and check them out!
