How unprofessional of the manager of this property to discuss resident issues on the web! I would call it outragous in fact. Swallow the criticism and then improve or just ignore it but you should not dare to discuss your residents here it is unforgivable and you have totally gone down in my estimation.You are in a position of trust and should not betray that by telling everyone about a particular resident and situation. I do not find the office overly professional at all but I do like my apartment and the area is nice enough.
