Getting any work done in your apartment is like pulling teeth

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
For over 6 months we have complained and complained, but for some reason the manager does not think our apartment needs repair. Written requests or verbal requests, it does not matter, moving is probably the only way to get things repaired.
