Marsh Creek Apartments

This place is HORRIBLE! Ceilings that fall down on you whenever it rains and having to live with the ceiling like this and a soaking wet carpet for 3 days before management even called about when they should have immediantly respond to you 3 days earlier when you I called about it. The walls are all cracked because the foundation is shifting and managements response was sorry nothing we can do about it. Electical outlets loose and throwing sparks. Major power surges. Maintenance to busy standing around flirting with management to do thier jobs. Management is totally and completly RUDE and unprofessional. Myself and several other tenants have termite infestation. Poorly insulated walls and attics that cause you to have 300.00 to 400.00 electric bills in the summer time. The day I moved into my apartment my deadbolt fell off my entry door and maintenance arrived 4 hours after reporting it to fix it. Almost every weekend along about 3 am their is always some kind of drunken domestic issue in the parking lot. The grounds are full of dog feices and the whole ground is a breeding ground for mesquitos as they have no proper draining so water is standing and stagnated. Basically the apartments are old and falling apart.

The "guy" that wrote this is psychotic... I think he has mental issues that should be dealt with. His REAL problems have nothing whatsoever to do with where he lives, but actually stem from HOW he lives. Such a whiney baby needs to get a LIFE and stop blaming everyone else for his MISERABLE attitude!

The management staff is stuck up and rude. They don't show you the actual apartment you will be living in until after you sign the lease they show you their model apartment. Then when you finally get to see the apartment you will be in it looks nothing like the model.

I wonder if you realize that mesquitos live near water. That is were they produce their off spring and the like cool shady places. You don't move into a wooded grassy environment and not expect to have bugs, snakes, and other wild life around. That is the charm of the property. I am moving to Marsh Creek and am excited. I have lived in an asphalt jungle for six years and I am ready for grass. The complex I'm living in now has a horrible problem with mesquitos and there is no grass, trees, or water to speak of. Welcome to TEXAS! As for termites...You got woood...you got termites. As for leaks in the ceiling...make sure no matter where you live you buy Renter Insurance. Foundation problems are huge issue in Dallas. We are living on clay which moves anywhere between an inch and a foot a year. We are in a draught and the ground in drying up...the earth is pulling away from the buildings ...Again Welcome to TEXAS. |
