I lived at this apartment for a very long time and to tell you the truth it was like living in the ghetto. The maintenance is a joke and the manager is an even bigger joke. The apartments are falling apart and the crime is on the rise because they just let anybody move in. My apartment was robbed, another tenent had her car stolen, and another tenent had his apartment robbed. They had shoot outs where someone was killed. My washer went out once so I had to use the apartments wash room and it was FILTHY and the machinces damaged my clothes. They boast in there website they have large gourmet kitchens that is a joke too the kitchen is tiny and the appliances in them are atleast 25 years old. I have lived at this apartment complex like I said for years and couldn't wait to get out as the new management and maintenance staff are letting this property go down hill in a rapid pace. And I know of two other long term renters that live there now who will not be renewing their lease. Take it from sonmeone who has lived at Marsh Creek Apartments for a long time this place is BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD and so NOT worth the price you pay. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
