The staff is rude and lack people skill, especially Megan, yep i said her name.They are more concerned about getting people in, rather than taking care of their current occupants.What was i expecting, You get what u pay 4.

I am surprised that you are having problems with the staff. I have lived here a year and everyone I have encountered has been very friendly and helpful. I asked for repair work one morning, and within 30 minutes, the repairman was there and completed his task quickly. The apt. complex I lived at before this NEVER repaired anything, so immediate help almost scares me! LOL! My neighbors get together for cookouts and nightly chats. This reminds me of a suburban neighborhood of houses where the residents all know and support each other. I love it here and would recommend it to anyone!

i lived there several years ago and my experience was awful. The air conditioners did not work and they wouldn't replace them. I took several residents to contact the Attorney General to get action. The most disturbing thing was a mainteance man came into my apartment when he was not supposed to be there and didn't have a reason why and it was ok with the staff. Very unsafe place.

A lot can change over 2 years, so why did you wait so long to post nasty things?.You were probably one of those residents who have tons of problems in your apartment, but never called the office. as far as maintenece goes, I, personally have never had a problem, everything I have ever reported was fixed in a professional and timely manner. AND SAFETY???? YOU LIVE IN DALLAS!!! HELLO??? Good luck with that one.
