I love the peace and quiet here, I love all the trees and the creek outside my window. My neighbors, for the most part, are polite.

Speaking of polite, that is something that one of your staff members, Sherry, needs to work on. She acts irritated whenever there is a maintenance request, can be sarcastic and condescending. I always feel like I'm doing something wrong when speaking to her.

I am not rude when I am asking for information or repeating a maintenance request. The appliances here are old, how is that MY fault'

However, I will say that her job must, in itself, be a day filled with irritations, so I can almost understand. The key word here is "almost".

The rest of the staff are courteous and professional and dont seem to feel the need to "get tough" with me on the phone. Becky is great and Megan is fun!

I completely agree with that. If you have an issue with someone at your apartment complexes office then you should take that up with the office. There is no need to slander people on the internet. Also, if you are planning on voicing your opinion about office staff at your complex, then you should really make sure that they even still work there first. Another thing, I would sure hope that an Assistant Manager would have a "get tough" attitude at times. Afterall that is part of being in that position. Another thing to think about, is what she may have been doing when you called to put in a request for repairs. For all you know she could have been the only one in the office, and doing twelve things at once. I personally have known Sherri the entire time that she has been here, and she has always been nothing but professional and friendly to me. As far as I am concerned ALL of the staff at Marsh Creek work very hard at their jobs, and they do all that they can to keep this property a nice property. So before you go an slander someone on the internet, you should really try talking to them or their manager first, and try to resolve things in an adult and professional way. For all you know, had you said something about how you were feeling, you may have gotten an explanation or even an apology. But there is no reason and no excuse to slander someone on the internet. Especially is you haven't even tried to resolve it in an adult and professional way first.
