The manager does do alot around the property and in the office, if she wasn't doing her job she would not be there. If people would call in when things break instead of waiting until alot of things are wrong, that would help out alot on both ends of the issues. Also, Sherry is the Assistant Manager and Megan no longer works in the office. People that have problems with the office should call and talk to them about it and not slander them on the internet.

I completely agree with that. If you have an issue with someone at your apartment complexes office then you should take that up with the office. There is no need to slander people on the internet. Also, if you are planning on voicing your opinion about office staff at your complex, then you should really make sure that they even still work there first. Another thing, I would sure hope that an Assistant Manager would have a "get tough" attitude at times. Afterall that is part of being in that position. Another thing to think about, is what she may have been doing when you called to put in a request for repairs. For all you know she could have been the only one in the office, and doing twelve things at once. I personally have known Sherri the entire time that she has been here, and she has always been nothing but professional and friendly to me. As far as I am concerned ALL of the staff at Marsh Creek work very hard at their jobs, and they do all that they can to keep this property a nice property. So before you go an slander someone on the internet, you should really try talking to them or their manager first, and try to resolve things in an adult and professional way. For all you know, had you said something about how you were feeling, you may have gotten an explanation or even an apology. But there is no reason and no excuse to slander someone on the internet. Especially is you haven't even tried to resolve it in an adult and professional way first.

LOL...Both the manager and the assistant manager should really quit pretending to be residents or former residents and writing these reviews about how good they are at their jobs...They are both rude and unprofessional...Especially the manager...who has a snotty attitude and runs around the complex during the summer wearing extremely short shorts...She is just another typical aging Dallas resident trying to act like she is still twenty one...LOL...which we all know she is no where near twenty one...And the only reason she has her job is because she is friends with the area manager Anita.

THIS IS SO BOGUS LOOKING. Considering the same day rapid response timing to negative post and quick positive follow-on posts, I'm lead to conclude that the management knows they have an image problem and are attempting to fix it with good reviews rather than earn it through good work. The negative reviews get even more credibility because of such obvious attempts at deception. Can't trust 'em. Passing on this one.
