In my experience, management has been fair and polite, however I am very concerned about possible changes which could occur after the property is sold. Much of the attraction of this complex was that it was owned by an individual, not a faceless corporation, therefore allowing some variance in rules not usually found in apartment complexes. The maintenance has been swift, the grounds have been well kept and the rental rates fair. However, changes are already apparant. Employees are being dismissed frequently, the grounds need attention and repair projects seem stalled. I realize that some of this may be the result of the pending sale, but I hope this is not a omen of things to come. New owners tend to want to change rental rates, quality of service, and office personel. I was quite happy with status quo, and am very leery of the future of Marsh Creek Apartments.
