I have only lived at Marsh Creek since June of 2007 but since I have been there the management has been so rude. Megan was really nice when I first moved in but its as if they take me as a joke and all there other residents. The maintance staff will come in your apartment and not even tell you they were there... They act as if they are replacing things and still dont do it. One time I requested for Megan to have my filters changed and I assumed since the maintance staff doesnt leave notices that it had already been done, and 3weeks later, I come home and find a maintance paper on my front door saying that Megan had just wrote the notice so they had just changed my filters. I have had the manager threathen me and think that she was doing the write thing. Its pathetic how awful the manager treats you but the apartments are nice but needs tons of repairs to the parking lot...and I havent yet had to experience the crime but that is as of now...

The apartment has just been purchased by a new management company. They are making lots of changes...The parking lot has been repaired; all the apartments are being repaired (new siding), they are also adding a fitness center and a jogging trial. They are redoing all the old wood retaining walls with new stone walls. Megan was let go and Sherry is taking over as Manager. Things are looking good.

I've been here 3 years and since Megan has been let go I still have not seen any changes. The same song and dance just a different person. I only recommend this place if you like living outside and dont' mind fixing your own stuff and have a work out room that is only open from 8-5 pm Monday - Saturday.

I lived there for a little over a year and saw three different managers come through. Sherry was the first one, she was pretty nice but since then two others have come and gone. Maintenance was HORRIBLE!!!
