My fiance and I have lived in the same 1bd/1ba (800 sq ft) apartment since Oct. 2006. We have an apt facing the creek and can almost forget that we are in an apt. complex most of the time. The office staff is helpful and friendly, even since changing management, but the repair staff is practically useless and needs to be hounded to get anything done. Our rent has gone up $50 each year, but they have also been improving the grounds and facilities. They put in a small fitness room and updated the pool and exterior paint. Good apt. complex, but doesn't fit our floorplan needs anymore and isn't the $$ deal it used to be for the square footage.
