Its been 2 1/2 weeks and my work order is still not fufilled

This apartment is just going down the drain. First it took over 3 days to fix my fridge, over 3 days to fix my toilet, and now over 2 weeks to fix my bathroom cabinet that is infested by termites. In the past, we received same day service. Next day at the worst. I don't know what is going on here but I'm just not used to this level of incompetency, laziness, lack of class, low standards, the list can go on. I'm definetley not renewing my lease next year.

They never did fix the leak under my sink, which lead to all kinds of standing water leading to mold. The management is completely incompetent. When I moved out they couldn't even find a copy of my lease!!!!
