McMillan Place now belongs to another owner and has a new staff. In the past 1 1/2 years that this new staff has been here things have changed tremendously! Their maintenance staff is extremely qualified and very fast to get to problems. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. The manager is one of the best I've ever encountered. She runs a tight ship and really cares about the property and most of all the residents. If there are any suspicious problems she finds them and gets rid of them immediately. She's fair minded with everyone and always willing to help as best she can. I thoroughly living at McMillan Place and highly recommend it to anyone. They must be doing something right because they have brought the occupancy up to almost full. Very few problems and nothing serious. I had heard before they took over it was not a good place to live, but that has changed now. I know a lot of people who used to live there and moved have now moved back.
