We've been here going on 4 years. We've indured alot. I'm sure everywhere you move to you'll have to deal with loud, inconsiderate neighbors. Before we moved to a different building we had louder neighbors than now. But, we had to pay more for the better area, but still we have to deal with loud music every now and then. I think if you would ask any resident here their biggest complaint would be about the insufficient parking. You HAVE to get "reserved" parking here. Which is $15/uncovered spot or $30/covered spot. If you don't have at least 1 spot, you'll either have to park clear on the other side of the parking lot or park in the complex next door or park on the street. What I think is bs is that the manager has about 6 vehicles and we're only supposed to have 2/unit. We are all issued 2 parking permits per unit and it's supposed to be to where if you don't have a permit and you are parked in any of the residential parking spaces you'll be towed, so I guess she gets special treatment. As of the office staff, if you want a straight answer, you have to go right to the manager. The grounds aren't anything special at all. I don't think that crime is a problem here. Even though a few weeks after we moved to this new building, our frontdoor got kicked in, but the retard probably didn't know we were home. When I called the office to let them know about the break in and that we needed immediate maintanance because he destroyed the door jam, they told me that it had happened to the girl I talked to just the past day. Then, just a month ago or so we had a shooting that actually made it on the news. I guess anything can happen anywhere at anytime. I wouldn't call this place unsafe. The do have a courtesy patrol officer here between 8pm and 3am, why those hours, I have no idea. I'd say the majority of the race here is hispanic, if anyone was wondering or cared. We liked the old manager better though. Would I recommend this place, I guess if you don't mind bad parking. The maintanance guys are good. I wish they would start renovating though. Things are starting to deteriorate. They place was built in 1985 I do believe. And like everything else, rent keeps going up. But hey.
