I've lived here way too long. This place has the trashiest most ghetto filth renting here. Loud music, drugs and there is always litter everywhere. The office staff are a bunch of retards. If you want a decent parking spot you pay $15 per uncovered space and it's a necessity to have at least one. The landscaping is pathetic. There is not one nice thing to look at in the whole area. This area, not just the apartment property is not just the only bad part thing. The maintenance is the only decent thing here. I would really suggest looking long and hard at other places. If you think that this place is at all nice, think again. I've been looking to move for awhile. CRIME CRIME CRIME CRIME CRIME CRIME CRIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since there is no security here, crime is bad here. DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree I live here also. My truck was broken into within the 1st month that I was living here. The parking is terrible and they do not tell you that until you figure it out on your own. My air conditioner has been out for a week. You can smell smoke from your neighbors. I have seen rats BIG RATS running on the premises at night...I have roaches from other apartments. NO matter how clean I am, I can not get rid of them.
