When I moved in, management asked me if I would write a review about the property. A lot of companies are asking customers to do this now. When I brought my car in for service, the dealer asked me the same thing. I said I would be happy to write a review but that I would "tell it like it is." So here it is, the good, the bad, and the ugly. My apartment is very nice inside. It's clean and everything works. It's not the biggest apartment in the world, but it's pretty good for the price. I do have a few complaints. The carports are not in the best condition. I asked management about this last week and they told me that they had hired a company to redo the carports and that work should start within the next 10 days. I also think the dumpster area is a little ratty. They said they are fixing that, too. Let's see what happens. If they do everything they promised, which they usually do, then I will be happy.
