The management is horrible and the tenants are taken advantage of even if you are a model tenant who pays rent on time and takes care of the apartment. The apartment was dirty and in bad condition upon move in. Carpet was only spot cleaned. Upon move in spots still existed, but in a lesser degree. The walls were obviously not cleaned or just spot painted in really bad areas. The bath tub was full of mold and tiles were cracked. Kitchen had a dirty stove and the fridge had hairs inside. When needed any type of maintenance or needed to voice a concern the manager never returned calls. The only time problems were fixed right away were before moved in and near the end of the lease. Otherwise, maintenance took forever. Parking lot is not protected. Know of two tenants that had their cars broken in to or vadalized. Neighborhood not the greatest. The owner will find bogus charges to deduct from the initial deposit after move out. Even if the apartment was left in better condition than originally given. DO NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Please spread the word.
