In the six months that I've lived here, my aparement has flooded four times. The first two times were in one week due to rain. The third time was due to the sprinkler system being broken and staying on for 14 hours. And the fourth time was due to rain AND the sprinkler being on. They have yet to take any actions to fix the problem, and it floods three apartments on the bottom floor. The manager has come to help clean up the mess in most cases, but has not stopped the problem. If you rent here, get a second floor aparment. But I can't guarantee that that all the water damage won't grow mold up there too.

We've never had any mold problems at Miramonte Villas and the management has always been very responsive in taking care of our needs
