The most recent comments were added by Dan & his management people. This place is a dump. The courtyard was built up over an old pool with no drainage and floods appartments when it rains. The electrical problems are numerous and NOT up to code. There is no make ready for new move ins. NO PEST CONTROL - big roaches and lots of them. The place is dangerous at night - prostitutes, gang members and car break ins are routine.
